The NATIONAL FUNERAL HOME on Union St. ; is now the MEMPHIS FUNERAL HOME. I believe the adderesses are the same. Anyway my grandfather Albert Henry Cocke was buried by the NATIONAL FUNERAL HOME ; my grandmother and brother were buried by the MEMPHIS FUNERAL HOME. Both I believe are 1177Union Ave my mother asks that she think that Forest Hill Cemetery had moved a branch out to them. My g-grandmother Caroline Julia Dennis Cocke had owned the land tht Forest Hill Cemetery is on. This was way back in time. Yes, there is a street called Alcy Road. It runs east and west through the south part of Memphis. It runs from I240, intersects Elvis Presley Blvd and runs all the way to Airways Blvd. I guess that would be considered south Memphis, maybe southeast. There were several Ellises mentioned in "Collierville Her People and Neighbors", but not William or Elizabeth. Betty
