Sheri, Bolivar is in Hardeman County, TN about 65 miles east of Memphis, Shelby Cty., TN, on Rural Highway 64. There is a hospital there for years for the mental insane, at one time it was called Western State Mental Hospital, I know it had several names before that, I would suspect that Southwest Medical Reformal it the same place. Raines is a road in that goes from southeast Memphis though Whitehaven which is in South Memphis. Whitehaven is now in the City of Memphis, was at one time a suburb of Memphis, that's where Elvis Presley's home is located. Good luck, hope this helps. Becky
