    3. Nancy, the books are the three volumes of Gravestone Inscriptions from Shelby County Cemeteries. They are available at several libraries, among them the Franklin County TN library and the Madison County library in Huntsville, AL. There are in print, and can be purchased from the Tennessee Genealogical Society in Arlington (see county GenWeb site for address). Your local library could likely be persuaded to purchase them if you make a donation designated for that purpose. They are well worth the effort. Helen has also transcribed for the county tombstone project, a couple of the rural Shelby cemeteries. She sent the URL to the list a bit ago. I have found a Branch, though not your J.K. or Margaret A.C.E., buried in the Magnolia Cemetery (listing is on p. 89 of volume III, but the sheet I have was sent to me by another researcher because of the WYLIE listing on it -- I have no idea where the cemetery itself is other than Shelby County). Two stones on lot: Dr. B.L. Branch Son of Howell and M.F. Branch Sept 15, 1856 Apr 25, 1920 At rest Footstone: Dr. DLB [the "D" is marked as "sic"] Williamson - Fannie Joyner Stamps Born May 23, 1861 Md. Dr. B.L. Branch Apr. 24, 1889 Md. Dr. J. F. Williamson Mar. 14, 1922 Died Feb 19, 1926 Cradle foot: Wife Curious, isn't it? Anyway, perhaps this will help. Susan G.
