In Aug `1997 the Commercial Appeal ran an article "CEMETERY HOLDS UP DEVELOPMENT. According to the article the cemetery was bounded by Appling Road, Goodlett Farm Parkway, Garrett Ridge Road and Dexter Raod. What was the outcome of this. Were the bodies moved to another cemetery and if so where? Does anyone know the names of those buried in this cemetery? I am looking for the burial of Elizabeth MOSELEY died 1842 and her daughters Mary Ann E. Moseley CLIFTON, died 1835 and Catherine Moseley MARKHAM died c. 1845.
