To all, The Gen. John Sevier Chapter of the Sons of the Revolution will re-enact the Battle of Boyds Creek on Dec. the 16th, 2001. There will be an encampment and venders. It will be at 2:00 P.M. at no cost. It was the only Revolutionary battle that was fought on what is now Tn. soil. It is just off I-40 on Boyds Creek Rd.
