I found out yesterday from my great aunt that her father Charles Lewis Huskey originally came from the mountains, Gatlinburg or surronding area. She didn't know her grandfathers first name but this is what she told me. My gggrandfather Huskey was married 3 times. His first two wives had 3 daughters each. His third marriage was to a woman from the German settlement. She had 3 sons, one of whom was my ggreatgrandfather, Charles Lewis. One was named Benjamin (Uncle Ben). Don't know the last ones name. After the boys were grown they left the area and headed towards Morgan County, TN. GGGrandfather Huskey and wife seperated, she going back to the German settlement and he lived alone. Charles Lewis Huskeys birthdate is 1875. If any of this sounds familiar to anyone researching the Huskeys please reply. Thanks so much
