Barring foul weather (which in East TN means 1/4" of snow on the roads <g>), Sevier County Heritage Museum is hosting a lecture on the Civil War in Sevier and surrounding counties by Dorothy Kelly, former president of the Knoxville Civil War Roundtable, on Sunday, January 27th at 1:00 p.m. at the museum. This is in observance of the 137th anniversary of the Battle of Fair Garden, which was one of two Civil War battles in Sevier County.
