Tina, I don't know who Clarinda's parents are. I also have Charles' children as those of Nancy White rather than Clarinda as you suggest. My guess is he had children with both otherwise Clarinda spent her whole married life pregnant -- 6 kids in 6 years. This is what I have: Charles H. He married (2) Nancy White 13 Mar 1874 in Anderson Co, TN. Children of Charles West and Nancy White are: 2 i. William West. 3 ii. Joel West, born in Scott Co, TN. 4 iii. Pleasant West. 5 iv. Elijah West. 6 v. Rachel West. 7 vi. Green Berry West, born 8 Jan 1872; died 7 Feb 1947. Generation No. 2 3. Joel West was born in Scott Co, TN. He married Litha E. Harness 13 Aug 1895 in Scott Co, TN. She was born in Scott Co, TN. Child of Joel West and Litha Harness is: 8 i. Angeline West, born 21 May 1901 in Scott Co, TN; died 21 Apr 1953 in Oak Ridge, Anderson Co, TN. She married Lawrence Stringer Sep 1939; born Abt. 1884. Is any of this helpful?
