    2. >From The Oak Ridger 19 Dec 2003 Ermma "Jean" England, 60, of Austin, Texas, Callie Norene Hall, of Knoxville and formerly of Oliver Springs, ========================================= Ermma "Jean" England, 60, of Austin, Texas, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003, at her home. Born July 23, 1943, in Smyth County in Virgina, she was the daughter of Georgia Mabe and Ferd Stroupe. She was raised in Oak Ridge and graduated from Tennessee School for the Deaf. She married Donald Howard England on June 6, 1964, and they moved to Hunstville, Ala. In 1977, they moved to Balcones Village in Austin. According to her family, Mrs. England had a great love for children and worked at the Anderson Mill Baptist Church childcare and Cradles to Kids childcare. She was a member of Great Hills Baptist Church and the Texas Society of Interpreters for the Deaf. In addition to her husband of 39 years, Mrs. England is survived by two daughters, Barbie Jean England-Russell, of Houston, Texas, and Donna Matus, of Austin; her son, Mark England, of Pflugerville, Texas; a brother, Freddie Stroupe, of Mount Juliet; two sisters, Libby Marshall, of Gurley, Ala., and Glenda Stroupe, of Daisy; and by nine grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, at Great Hills Baptist Church with the Rev. Glen Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home in Austin. Callie Norene Hall, of Knoxville and formerly of Oliver Springs, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
