LOVEDAY, BOBBIE LENORA - age 69, of LaFollette, MERIDIETH, CAROL ANN - age 60, formerly of Clinton, Tenn., ============================================ COLEMAN, J.W., "BILL" - age 86, of Knoxville, passed away August 22, 2003. He was retired from Southern Railroad and New York Air Brake. He was a long-time resident of Andersonville, Tennessee. Survivors: wife, Sue Wakefield Coleman; children, Frieda and Ken Wilson, Kitty and Gene Eckert and Anne Conklin; 6 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren; step-children, Ken and Gaye Lay, Sheree and Jeff Jacoby, Donna and Steve Sumner, Peggy and Paul Sliger, Brenda and Ron Smith, Judy and Wayne Talley; 14 Step- grandchildren; 6 step-great-grandchildren. FREELS, GLADYS - age 84, of Lenoir City, passed away Saturday evening, August 23, 2003, at the Baptist Hospital in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents, E.M. and Thursa Ann Watson Freels; grandson, James Freels; sister, Daisy Grubb; brothers: Harold, James and Albert Freels. Gladys is survived by her sons: Hershel (Bud) Freels and his wife, Judy of Midtown, Glenn Freels and his wife, Shirley of Lebanon, John Lee of Antioch; several grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Click Funeral Home, in Lenoir City. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 Tuesday and proceed to Bethel Cemetery in Oak Ridge for an 11 a.m. graveside service. HALLCOX, BERTHA F. - age 83, of Clinton, Tenn., passed away Saturday, August 23, 2003, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Member of Gospel Outreach Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hallcox; and parents, Tom and Emma Jane Farner; sisters, Ethel Anderson and Eva Farner, and a brother, Tom Farner. LOVEDAY, BOBBIE LENORA - age 69, of LaFollette, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2003, at her home. She was a member of the Anthras Baptist Church. Mrs. Loveday loved to fish, sing, and spend time with family and friends. Mrs. Loveday is preceded in death by husband, Ancil Loveday; parents, Wheeler and Dora Murray Demarcus, and sister, Lorraine Rutherford. Mrs. Loveday is survived by son, Jack Loveday of Knoxville; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Debbie Loveday of LaFollette; daughters, Debbie Harmon of LaFollette, and Shawnee Loveday of Andersonville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Louis and James Etter of LaFollette, Charllotte and Demus Stevenson of Clairfield; grandchildren, Misty and Josh Williams of Caryville, Marsha Loveday and Sean Harmon of LaFollette; great-grandchild, Hayden Williams of Caryville. Wilson and brother, Ray Wilson. Retired as a Supervisor with the Navy Exchange. Survivors: husband, Samuel R. Meridieth, Jr. of Millington, Tenn.; sons, Cecil Wayne Meridieth of Millington, Tenn., and Samuel R. Meridieth, Jr. of Millington, Tenn.; mother, Esther Mae Wilson of Oak Ridge, Tenn.; sisters, Betty Overton and Joyce Miller, both of Clinton, Tenn.; brothers, Gary Wilson, Clarence Wilson, and David Wilson, all of Clinton, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews.
