Debbie, My grandmother Estella May Chastain (which has also been used as Estelle,Stella) was born in 1988 in Atalla, AL. This is what she told us in an oral history. Do not know anything about Thomas/Tom Phillips except that he was from TN. My dad never knew him. Sandra
