>From The Knoxville News Sentinel 7 Jul 2003 GOODMAN, MR. CARL H. - age 66, of Lake City, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2003, at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. He was born August 4, 1936, to the late Ottis Wiley and Ruth Elizabeth McClin Goodman. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Lake City, Tennessee. He was active with the Masons and Shriners for several years. He worked for Robbins Auto Parts in LaFollette for 30 years. He also sang for several local gospel groups. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He was preceded in death by parents, and brother, Kenneth Goodman. Survivors; wife, Janice Martin Goodman of Lake City; son, Carlos Goodman of Lake City; step daughter, Linda Gail Bagley of Jacksboro; grandsons, Keith Goodman of Lake City, and Brandon Goodman of Lake City; granddaughter, Haley Goodman of Lake City; brothers, Jimmy Goodman of Lilburn, Ga., Lawrence Goodman and wife, Margie of Lake City, and Harold Goodman and wife, Magdalene of Lake City; sisters-in-law, Virginia Goodman of Lake City, Sue Lay and husband, Jack, and son, Charlie of Lake City; sisters, Arleeta Smith and husband, Jim of Apolo Beach, Florida, Nancy Conner and husband, Jerry of Lake City, and Carolyn Allen and husband, Harold of West Rotonda, Florida; special friend, Brenda Goodman of Lake City, and several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2003, at the Hatmaker Funeral Home. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2003, at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.
