A member of Oak Ridge Unitarian Church, Oak Ridge. Survivors include son, Richard Ketelle; daughters, Janice Ketelle, Mineral Point, Wisconsin, Martha Ketelle, Glenwood Springs, CO; 3 grandchildren, 1 great- grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Friday, July 25th at Oak Ridge Unitarian Church, 1500 Oak Ridge Turnpike. Weatherford Mortuary, Oak Ridge, in charge of arrangements. McGHEE, SAMPSON "SONNY" - passed away Monday, July 21, 2003, at the U. T. Medical Center. Preceded in death by father, Sampson McGhee, Jr.; mother, Katie B. McGhee and infant brother, all of LaFollette. He is survived by his wife, Cindy McGhee of Caryville; daughter, Amy McGhee Estes and husband, Chad; grandson, Chase Estes, all of Lenoir City; son, Mickey McGhee of Gatlinburg and Sonny Lynn McGhee, and many close friends and relatives. A special thanks to the Wilson family for all of their love and support to the family during this time of need. You will always be remembered for all you've done. A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2003, at Walters Funeral Home in LaFollette for family and friends. Walters Funeral Home, LaFollette, is serving the family of Sonny McGhee. YOUNG, KAREN LEA TAYLOR - age 45 of 302 Young Road, LaFollette, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2003 at her home. She was a member of the New Horizon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Kathryn Hutchison Taylor; brothers, Jimmy and Lawrence Taylor. Mrs. Young is survived by husband, David G. Young; daughters, Lindsay and Kayla Young; daughters and sons in law, Amanda and Billy Davis and Kendra and Jason Watson all of LaFollette; beloved grandson, Tanner Davis; beautiful redheaded granddaughter and namesake, Karenna Davis; brothers and sisters in law, Jerry and Connie Taylor of Clinton, Robert Paul and Catherine Taylor of Ill.; sister, Brenda Sue Taylor of LaFollette; sisters and brothers in law, Linda and Sam Baird of LaFollette, Katye and Steve Richardson and Elizabeth and Clarence Haynes all of Ga.; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Thursday at the New Horizon Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Wilcox and Rev. John L. Shoun officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Friday in Baker's Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday night before funeral services at the church.
