Anna, I had an uncle that never married or had any children and died around the age of 75. His name is in the index, when nobody besides himself received benefits. But, it only shows up if I don't put his MIDDLE initial. And even stranger than that, my dad's only shows up if I just use his initial for his FIRST name instead of his name. Of course I have to put the state, or it would search forever. I had forgotten that until I just tried it on Ancestry. I can't figure out why some show up and some don't. Mary
