"Dr. Tom" Phillips b. June 6, 1879 d. February 11, 1941. He married Fay Buttram b. November 16, 1863 d. June 13, 1967. Married October 8,1913 in Scott Co. TN. He was the son of William J. "Bill" Phillips (1848-1915) and Sarah McDonald (1852-1935). Another son was Dr. Pickney Phillips b. 1876 married Opal Strunk. They (parents) are buried in Robbins Cemetery in Scott Co. TN. Will Book Scott Co. TN. Page 81 dated 9/29/1928 lists children: Wilma Ruth, William Thomas, Anna. Wilma Ruth married a Coffey: William Thomas married Eileen Floyd, Anna married McLeod and Longworthy.
