    2. >From The Knoxville News Sentinel 19 Sep 2003 CARROLL, BARBARA SUE GUY - age 59, of LaFollette, HUTCHENS, GERTRUDE HUSKEY - age 86, of Deer Lodge, Tenn., ============================================ CARROLL, BARBARA SUE GUY - age 59, of LaFollette, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at St. Mary's Hospital, Knoxville. She attended Fincastle Church of God. Preceded in death by parents, Paul L. and Bonnie Bailey Guy. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Kenneth Allen of Jacksboro; granddaughters, Amanda Owens of Jacksboro, Samantha Allen of LaFollette; grandson, Kenneth Allen, Jr. of Jacksboro; brother, Charles E. Guy of LaFollette, and sister, Pauline Brantley of LaFollette. Funeral service 8 p.m. Friday, September 19, at Cross Chapel, Rev. Mike Smith and Rev. Audie Murray officiating. Interment 2 p.m. Saturday at Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday before the funeral service. Arrangements by Cross Funeral Home. HUTCHENS, GERTRUDE HUSKEY - age 86, of Deer Lodge, Tenn., formerly of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2003, at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. She was a founding member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and very active in the Ridgedale Community Club. Retired from Standard Knitting Mill. Preceded in death by husbands, Ernest Huskey and Calvin Hutchens. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Carl Stewart of Murfreesboro; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Wanda Huskey of Deer Lodge, Tenn.; grandchildren, Darlene King of Kodak and Terry Eubanks of Lenoir City; great-grandchildren, Chris and Shawn King and Leslie and Stephen Eubanks; three nieces and one nephew. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday with the service to follow at 8 p.m., Reverends Judge Pippins and Wayne McMillan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Edgewood Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service.
