The Whitley Republican, Williamsburg, KY - June 16, 1977 Arthur Eugene Gault, 46, Oneida, Tenn., formerly of Jellico, Tenn., died June 11 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tenn. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Oweita Gault; and mother, Mrs. J.L. Gault of Jellico. Other survivors include a son, Arthur Eugene Gault, Jr., Oneida; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Gault, Oneida; three brothers: Harry Gault, Mascoutah, Ill.; Jessie Gault and William Gault, both of Memphis, Tenn.; and three sisters: Betty Payne, Lillie Hale and Sue Fonelius, all of Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral services were held June 14 at the West Funeral Home Chapel of Oneida, with the Rev. Roy Blevins officiating. Burial was in Jellico Cemetery.
