(RANDY), JR. - age 45, of Jacksboro, ==================================== BALDWIN, GILBERT E. - age 68, of LaFollette, departed this life Saturday, June 21, 2003, at his home. He was a member of New Horizon Baptist Church of LaFollette. He was preceded in death by son, Ricky; mother, Vetress, and father, Lawrence Baldwin. Survived by wife of 47 years, Veldon; daughter, Crystal Shields of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; granddaughter, Tiffany Tague; great-grandchildren, Raven and Brennan Tague of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; brother, Harold of Holton, Kansas; sisters, Deanna Russell and Gloria McClain of Knoxville; special brother-in-law, Claude Beets of Knoxville. Mr. Baldwin was superintendent of a large construction firm in California, where he resided for 35 years. Upon retirement, he moved to LaFollette. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Woodhaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jim Wilcox officiating. Interment immediately following. Serving as pallbearers: Jack Bingham, Leon Caldwell, Paul Cordell, John Faulkner, Larry Smith and Charlie Weaver. (RANDY), JR. - age 45, of Jacksboro, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2003, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Knoxville. He was a life long Christian and member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He loved guns and working on his computer. Preceded in death by father, Randall Parker, Sr.; brother, David Parker; grandmother, Bessie Williams and special aunt, Helen Williams Leach. Survivors: mother, Margaret Williams Parker of Jacksboro; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Kenny Starrett, and special nephew, Seth Starrett, all of Caryville. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Thursday, Cross Chapel, Rev. Jim Wilcox officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cross Funeral Home.
