Hi, would you have any info on Nancy Chamber's. I was told that she died before 1850 in Campbell Co. TN. She was married to William Soloman Owens. I was also told that her father was David Chambers, born abt. 1725, and died in Boonesborough, KY. David's father was Reynolds Chambers, born abt. 1700 in Scotland. I have Reynolds father as Alexander Chambers. I am not sure about this info. I am wondering if you might have info on these or other family member's. Going back to the beginning of this email, I mentioned Nancy Chambers who married William Solomon Owens. They had a daughter named Mary Solomon Owens, who married William Wayne Whitecotton Sept 25, 1843 in Campbell Co. TN. William and Mary had a daughter named China Whitecotton. China married John Marion Cordell had a daughter named Della Cordell. Della married Barney Benard Byrd abt 1896 in Scott Co. TN. I believe that they were married Dec 24, 1896. Della and Barney moved to Chattanooga, TN after they were married. They had two children there. Clyde Byrd, born 1897, and my maternal grandmother Charlene May Byrd, born 1900. Both Barney and Della died around 1912, give or take a year. My grandmother was sent to live with either a family member or a friend of the family in Wash, D.C.. I never found out what happened to her brother Clyde. I do know that he served in WWI and that he visited his sister Charlene's family. Anyway, I appreciate any help that you can give me.
