I have her as being General Phillips' daughter. I'm not sure who her mother was because I have General Phillips as having been married twice. His wives were Alice Cross and Emily Ellis. I have Sylvania as being the daughter of Emily but I'm not sure where I got that info. Sylvania was the daughter of General Phillips and Emily Ellis. This is my husbands direct line and we have bibles etc for proof.
