Sanders Regional Hospital. She was a member of Solway Baptist Church and was born December 24, 1929 in Knox County. Edna is preceded in death by husband, Elmer Buhl; son, Nathan Buhl; daughters, Linda Locklear and Paula Savage; parents, Charles and Pearlie Keys Norman; brother, Gaines Norman; sisters, Mary Armstrong, Anna Ruth Kirkland, and Geneva Norman. Survivors: sons, Charles & wife Fay Buhl of Knoxville, Alvin Buhl of Claxton; daughters, Alice & husband Donald Daugherty of Claxton, Patsy & husband Douglas Gose of Knoxville, Della Buhl of Claxton; grandchildren, Scott & wife Travis, Lisa Daugherty, Mindy & Ashley Savage, Kevin & Donna Buhl, Nicole Gose, Rene Thompson; great grandchildren, Haylee Daugherty, Dakota Dixon, Brandon and Jay Hawkins, Gage Decker; sister, Nellie Hopson of Knoxville. Member of Sand Branch United Methodist Church. He was a 32 Degree Mason of Shekinah Masonic Lodge and retired from Texaco after 40 years of service. Preceded in death by son Roy Lynn Hill. Survived by wife Irene Hill of Knoxville; sons Jim D.
