In the 1910 Campbell County census, she was listed as being 7 years old, so that would make the birth year around 1903. Rachel would have been the daughter of John Jordan and Mary Bell Gibson. Mary married James Jordan (John's) brother after John passed away. I found these dates for a Rachel Green on the SSDI: 1-3-1903 to 2-2-1988; last resident: Newcomb, TN.
