Here you go Susie: *LOWE, CORDELIA *– 70, died December 31, 1997, at the LaFollette Hospital. Born in the Brimstone community of Scott County, August 23, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Becky Bowling Kennedy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded also in death by her husband, Luke Lowe; one infant daughter, Bessie Kay Lowe; and two brothers, Delice Bowling and Richmond Kennedy. She was a member of Smokey Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters: Lillian Ward and husband, Clifton, and Virgie Ford and husband, Donald, all of Norman, Tenn.; two sons: Kenneth Kennedy of Norman, and Jerry Lowe and wife, Sandra of Chatsworth, Ga.; one sister, Patricia Pullin of Lorain, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; special friend, Jean Ellis; several nieces, nephews, and many other relatives. Funeral services were conducted January 4, 1998, at Smokey Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Edmon Lowe and Carlie Duncan officiating. Interment followed in the Smokey Creek Cemetery.
