From The Knoxville News Sentinel 20 Oct 2005 LITTLE, MR. EDWARD JEREMAINE - age 24, of Harriman, TN, TUCKER, ARVIL LLOYD - age 84, of Powell, TN LITTLE, MR. EDWARD JEREMAINE - age 24, of Harriman, TN, (formerly of Asheville, NC) departed this life on Monday, October 17, 2005 at the Roane Medical Center. Born to the union of Leonard Little, Sr. and Wanda Little on March 26, 1981. Jeremaine was a graduate of the Harriman High School, where he was a star football player. He was a member of the Believer's Voice of Deliverance Church. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Gudger and uncle, Edward Little. Jeremaine leaves to cherish his memories: beloved mother: Wanda Little, Charlotte, NC; beloved father: Leonard Little, Sr., Asheville, NC; seven children: Dareanna, Palmore, Bailey Jaden, Jaslyn, Danasia, Titan and Isaiah Jeremaine; sisters: Angelia Prince & husband, Glenn, Tammy Rosebourgh, Shebra Hughes, Ieisha Walker & husband, Rod; brothers: Charles Oliver, Shawn McCullough, Lemont Hughes, Leonard Little, Jr.; grandmother: Martha Little, Asheville, NC; four aunts: Bessie Gudger, Carrie Norton, AnnaFaye Galloway, Sandra Lewis, Doris Rice; uncle: James Gudger; special great-uncle: Jim Little, Harriman, TN; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other special relatives and friends. Psalm 91: He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. at the church with Pastor James Brady Springs officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ray & Allen Funeral Services in Asheville, NC. He was born July 9, 1921 in Anderson County, TN. Arvil was a member of the Callahan Road Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN. He was a US Army Veteran of WWII. Visitation: 6-8 pm, Thursday, October 20, 2005 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home. Funeral service: 8 PM, Thursday, October 20, 2005, in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Courtney officiating. Interment: 1 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2005 at the Sunset Cemetery in Clinton, TN with Full Military Honors provided by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
