Member of LaFollette United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by: husband, Daniel Burton Crane; parents, Edward & Etta Bennett; brothers, William & Charles Bennett; infant daughter, Bonnie Crane. EVANS, CAMERON LEE - age 52 of Lafollette, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2005 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Campbell County. He was a member of Lake View Baptist Church. Mr. Evans was Chief of Police with the Caryville Police Department, Detective with Campbell County Sheriff Department, serving Campbell County for 20 yeas in Law Enforcement. He also worked for Denark Construction in Knoxville for 10 years. Preceded in death by: parents, Dewy and Mary Ann Hinkle Evans; brother, Dewey "Buddy" Evans, Jr. Survived by: wife, Doreene Evans, Lafollette; children, Aaron and Kim Evans, Jacksboro, Jody and Kelly Durham, Myrtle Beach, SC, Misty Evans and Eddie Kidwell, Jacksboro, Labreeska Martin and Madaya Evans, Lafollette; brothers, Ralph Weldon, Wayne and Jack Evans, all of Caryville, David Evans, Jacksboro; sister, Dewetta Ellen Burge, Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Josh and Jacob Kidwell, Jacksboro, Caroline Durham, Myrtle Beach, SC, Cameron Day, Lafollette. Funeral services will be 8 pm Monday, December 12, 2005 at Lake View Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Stanley, Rev. Carlo Bruce, Rev. Don Allen and Rev. Don Long officiating. FRANK - of Oak Ridge, passed away at Briarcliff Health Care Center on Friday, December 9, 2005. He was born as Francis James Moran in Grafton, West Virginia on October 10, 1918. He is preceded in death by: his beloved "Ree", Marie Moran, his wife of 43 wonderful years. Frank was an Oak Ridge resident since 1952 and worked for almost 30 years at K-25 as a chemical engineer, retiring in 1981. Mr. Moran was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oak Ridge. He will be remembered as a favored dancing patron of Michael's on Kingston Pike. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 2:00 pm at Weatherford Mortuary. Burial will follow the funeral service at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial and Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942. QUEENER, LUCILLE SCHARER - age 93 of Jellico, TN, the wife of the late John Glenn Queener I, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2005 at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home in Jellico, TN. She was a 1930 graduate of South Pittsburg High School and Valedictorian of her class. She came to Jellico, TN in 1933 as a Western Union Operator after working in ten different towns in Tennessee & Alabama. After her children were raised, she once again worked for Western Union and then as Manager of the Quality Motel in Jellico. Lucille was very active in the Jellico United Methodist Church where she was a long time Sunday School Teacher of the Ladies Class. She was preceded in death by: her husband of sixty years, John Glenn Queener, I; son, John Glenn Queener II (Catherine); mother and father; four brothers and two sisters. Survivors: sons, Robert Louis Queener (Darlene) of Port Charlotte, Fla, Charles Reid Queener (Darlene) of Waynesville, NC, Hugh Minton Queener (Lynn) of Brentwood, TN; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005 at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico, TN with Rev. Mahan Archer officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Jellico Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Jellico United Methodist Church Memorial or Jellico Rescue Squad.
