    3. William Byrd- Graveside funeral services for William Byrd, 68, of Caraway,Ark.Who died Thursday at the VA Hospital in Memphis, will be this afternoon at 2:30 at the Caraway Cemt. Rev. Rick Stevens will officiate. A retired farmer and veteran of WWII , he had lived in Caraway two years, formerly of Luxora. Survivors include a daughter, Myrtle Aline Timms of Marietta,GA.; on son,, Billy Ray Willbanks of Osceola; two sisters, Mrs. Arbana Garza of Caraway and Mrs. Birdie Taylor of Caraway; two brothers, Oliver Byrd of Aberdeen, Miss. Phillip Byrd of Avon Park, Fla; 10 grandchildre and 6great-grandchildren. Gregg Funeral Home in Monette is in charge. (Source: Jonesboro, Ark. I cannot find either of them in the 1920-1930 census's nor their father, Phillip Byrd. Were they born in Scott Co? ...tim...
