She was born December 27, 1941 in LaFollette to the late Alvis & Lillian Baird Malicote. She was also preceded in death by: first husband, Junior McNeeley; & brother, Robert Malicote. Member of East LaFollette Baptist Church. Survivors: husband, Bill Heatherly; brother & sister-in- law, Mike & Debi Malicote, LaFollette; sister & brother-in-law, Wanda M. & Carl Roberts, Kingsport; sister-in-law, Jean Malicote, LaFollette; two special nieces, Kris Malicote & Meredith Finstad; other nieces, Tracy Thomas, Lisa Malicote, Tammy Roberts, Amber Malicote, Judy McNeeley & Kathy Henderson; nephews, Stacey & Tim Malicote, Eric Roberts, Michael Malicote, Rob Thomas & Jacob Finstad; stepchildren, Deborah K. Bragg & Roger David Heatherly, Lafollette; several aunts, uncles, cousins and great nieces & nephews who loved her. Funeral service 8 p.m. Thursday, Cross Chapel, Rev. Bob Carroll officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Friday, Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 till 8 p.m. Thursday at Cross Funeral Home. KINCAID, CHARLES STERLING - of LaFollette, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2005, at LaFollette Court, Assisted Living. Mr. Kincaid was a member of the LaFollette United Methodist Church and the First United Methodist Church of Paris, TN, where he was a resident for 52 years. He was employed by the Army Corps of Engineers and TVA. He retired from TVA in 1974 after 42 years of service. He was a member of a group of employees of the Army Corps of Engineers that transferred to TVA on August 1, 1933. He is the last member of the group to pass away. He worked with TVA in engineering and various management positions in public health engineering and land management. He was a charter member of the Paris Elks Lodge and Paris Country Club. He served 14 years as vice chairman of the Paris Board of Public Utilities after retirement. He graduated from LaFollette High School and attended Lincoln Memorial University and Vanderbilt University. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Flora Pilcher Kincaid, and his brother, John Boyd Kincaid of LaFollette. Survivors: sister in law, Annette Kincaid of LaFollette; nephews, William R. Kincaid of LaFollette and Kenneth T. Kincaid of Smyrna, GA; niece Ann Kincaid Fairless of Conway, AK; several grand nephews and grand nieces. It was Mr. Kincaid's wish to be cremated. There will be a memorial service in the Chapel of LaFollette Court Assisted & Independent Living Center on Saturday, December 3, 2005, at 10:30 A.M. Graveside services will be Monday, December 5, 2005, at Maplewood Cemetery in Paris, TN where his wife is buried. McEvoy Funeral Home of Paris, TN will be in charge of graveside services.
