I have just been informed that Paul W. Phillips passed away this morning. All who have visited the Scott Co Historical Society will remember Paul as the friendly man who was so knowledgable about Scott Co. and who knew where the information you were seeking was to be found. He was always eager to help and never hesitated to go the extra nile. He was not only my tutor during the time I spent there, but a very good friend as well.
