Frank, Thank you for the info. I visited the SCHS a few years back and Paul was very helpful and even told me a few stories about my g-g-grandfather that he knew which was priceless since that grandfather was deceased by the time I was born. Paul will be missed. Lisa Frederick-Hughes tnscott-request@rootsweb.com wrote: Today's Topics: 1. Paul W Phillips (Frank D. Taylor) 2. Phillips passed away this morning. All who have visited the Scott Co Historical Society will remember Paul as the friendly man who was so knowledgable about Scott Co. and who knew where the information you were seeking was to be found. He was always eager to help and never hesitated to go the extra nile. He was not only my tutor during the time I spent there, but a very good friend as well. Paul, you will be missed but not forgotten. I had the pleasure of visiting the Scott County Historical Society with my parents and niece a few years back. Paul was very helpful, but I especially remember what a good time my dad had chatting with him while we browsed. > From: FDTaylor@highland.net> To: tnscott@rootsweb.com> Date: Sat, 8 Sep 2007 16:32:07 -0400> Subject: [TNSCOTT] Paul W Phillips> > I have just been informed that Paul W.
