Neal, This is all there is so far: PAUL WARREN PHILLIPS, b. 8-27-1927, of Huntsville, TN., who for the past 12 years has been a mainstay at the Scott County Historical Society Archives in Huntsville, died this morning, 9-8-07, at the Scott County Hospital in Oneida. Funeral services are incomplete at this time, but tentatively, his son, Mark, is planning on having a graveside service at Carson-Memorial Park mid-day on Monday.
