    2. >From The Oak Ridger 8 Aug 2007 Nancy Ann Drake Cinder, 49, of Oak Ridge, Elmer "Pete" Wall, age 78, of Claxton, Dwight David Wolfe, 43, of Oak Ridge, Charles Maurice Walls, 82, a resident of Oliver Springs, Nancy Ann Drake Cinder, 49, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, at her home. She was born May 31, 1958, in Atlanta, Ga., and raised in Michigan, graduating in 1981 from Michigan State University with a B. S. in Civil Engineering. She was employed for seven years with Martin Marietta in Orlando, Fla., before relocating to Oak Ridge in 1992. Mrs. Cinder was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Frinkle Drake. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Gary Cinder; children, Matthew Cinder and Erica Cinder; father, Ron Drake; brothers, Robert Drake and Richard Drake; and a special aunt, Sarah Siano. The family will receive friends on Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at the Christ Community Church, 100 Ogden Lane, Oak Ridge, from 6 until 8 p.m. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family asks that any memorials be in the form of contributions to Adventa Hospice Services, Knoxville Office, 1420 Dutch Valley Road, Knoxville, TN 37918. Elmer "Pete" Wall, age 78, of Claxton, went to be with his heavenly Father Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007, at 3:21 p.m. He was loved and respected by all who knew him, a man of integrity and honesty. He was a man who loved all people and was a skilled journeyman machinist who worked at Y-12 in Oak Ridge before starting his own business, Wall Machine in 1976. Pete loved going to auctions and activities related to machining. He also loved reading the daily newspaper as he had done so his whole life. Later in life he also enjoyed fishing, an activity previously bypassed because of his strong work ethic. Pete also was in the U.S. Army, serving our country in the Korean War. He attended church services at Edgemoor Baptist Church until his illness prevented him from doing so. Pete loved being around his family and attended yearly reunions in Louisiana and Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul A. Wall; parents, Ivy and Eva Wall; brothers and sisters, Yvonne Loveless, Malcomb, Spencer, and Henry Wall, and Lois Bankston. He is survived by loving wife of 56 years, Nyta Wall of Claxton; son, David and wife, Debbie Wall, of Claxton; sister, Eva Lee Counce and husband, Norvel, of Corinth, Miss.; grandchildren, Crystal Benoit of Oak Ridge, Amanda Maurais of Knoxville, Samantha Wall of Lafayette, Ind., David Ray Wall Jr. of Cookeville, Jason Wall of Clinton; great-grandchildren, Nolan Painter of Lake City, Tyler Wall of Clinton; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Janice and Harry Young of Clinton, and Kent and Paula Hepworth of Claxton. The family would like to thank everyone that came by and sent cards to Pete during his illness. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2007, at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with the Rev. Glenn Gamble and the Rev. Stan Elliott officiating. His burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements. Dwight David Wolfe, 43, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007, at his home. He was born Sept. 8, 1963, in Jacksonville, Fla., and was a graduate of Oak Ridge High School, class of 1981. He also graduated from the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Fla., in 1988. He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a member of MENSA. Mr. Wolfe is survived by his father, William F. Wolfe Jr. of Lake Junaluska, N.C.; mother, Rose Brach Wolfe of Norris; sister, Elayne Diane Monnig and husband, Roch, of Knoxville, and their children, Samantha Monnig and Roch Monnig Jr. All services will be private. The family asks that any memorials be in the form of contributions to a local Humane Society. Weatherford Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
