Frank and Teresa, I have contacted so many over the past years, I don't remember if we've ever compared notes or not. Both of my parents were born and raised in Scott and Morgan counties. I'm with Rae and firmly believe that I am related to all of Scott county, with Morgan county running a close second! lol The Taylors are on my dad's side and I think they were mainly centered around Cumberland and Morgan County. My great grandmother was Barbara Emeline Taylor 1884 - 1971, who married Oscar Bishop. Barbara's parents were David Alexander Taylor, 1857 - 1941 and Sarah Arcena Hall, 1859-1941. David's parent's were James Francis Taylor 1825 - 1887 and Jane Lee 1819 -1890. From there, it's pretty fuzzy ........
