Clinton Courier June 28, 1985 Millie Phillips Millie Phillips, 92, of Caryville Rt.1, formerly of Scott County, died June 21, at Lafollette Medical Center. Her husband was the late Luther Phillips.She was a member of Caryville United Methodist Church. Services were held June 22 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City with the Rev. Walter Allen officiating. Burial was Friday in Fairview Cemetery in Scott County. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Ray and Reba Phillips of Caryville Rt.1, and Lawrence and Ila Phillips of Powell, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and one sister, Emily Honeycutt of Oneida.
