Thanks to all who have responded to my several queries re: John H. Matthews and Ida B. Gunther family. I located Ida's maiden name on the Scott Co Gen Web site. I also found additional information on her parents, and siblings. In addition, you helped me located Dora Mae Sanders' burial place, and her family. Some of the children who deceased in infancy were found in the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery in West Robbins, Scott Co TN. I also discovered some possibly very confusing information about one of her foster daughters. I won't go into it now, as I have to sort out some things and be more sure that my theories are correct.
