Looking for the location of the Lower Jellico Cemetery. I have looked through Campbell County and Scott County cemetery listings and don't seem to find it. The obituary is for a Rosa Sheppard Carson (b.1892, KY - d. Apr 1968, Oneida), daughter of William Sheppard and Nancy Moore and husband of a Henry Carson, no dates. Anyone have any ideas as to location? Thanks in advance. Claude
