Claude I checked the wonderful, comprehensive "Cemeteries of Scott County" book published by the Scott County Historical Society and did not find either a Lower Jellico Cemetery or burial entries for Rosa SHEPHERD CARSON or Henry CARSON. I also did not find William SHEPPARD or Nancy MOORE. So... maybe Campbell County? Or is it possible, even, that she was buried back in Kentucky? Claude I believe they are in the New section of the Jellico Creek Cemetery in Whitley Co., KY. The dates came from the Whitley Co. Cemeteries Book. Henry R.
