In Scott Co. there are three small libraries. Wouldn't it be great if they were merged into one centrally located library? You only have to visit the McCreary Co. Library in Whitley City to see what we could then have. For a small town in a not very prosperous county, they have done a fantastic job.While on the library board I tried to promote that idea but no one else seemed to like the idea.
