He retired after 39 years of service with Norfolk Southern Railway. Mr. Jackson was retired from Union Carbide in Oak Ridge. He was a member of Star of Hope Assembly of God Church but has been faithful in attendance for several years at Dante Church of God sharing the gospel through song and loved the fellowship with church family and friends. Preceded in death by wife, Rena M. Jackson; brother, Ordus Jackson and Emory Jackson; sister, Dellar Lindsay, and beloved grandson, Kenneth Jackson. Survivors: special granddaughter, Jean Martin and husband, Charles; three sons, William C.
