I have not heard about my China Whitecotton with any other husband eccept John Marion Cordell. That does not mean it didn't happen though. You never know. I would be interested in any info that you might have. Maybe the puzzle can be put together. By the way, one of John Marion Cordell's and China's children was Della Cordell (my great grandmother) Thanks! Bye, Robin
Your right! Thanks Again! Bye, Robin

My mother made snow cream for us when we lived in Eagen, Tennessee.
The 1870 and1880 census of the Tasmon Cotton family of Scott County, Tennessee show a Polly J. Cotton. In 1900, she was in the John Cotton family and was 22 years of age. Whatever happened to Polly J. Cotton. I was told she lived in the Pine Hill area near the Cross Roads. Could she have married James or Ike Phillips?
The 1910 Scott County census show a John H. West in the William N. West family. John was 17 years of age. Whatever happen to John? Was this China the daughter of Tasmon Cotton? What happen to this China? Did William N. West marry Sylvania Owens (Duncan)?
