Natalie, My Davis family were living near Lavergne. Luckett and Jerusha Mosby Davis>Aquilla and Mary Morton Davis>Mosby and Emily Goodman Davis> Mary Catherine Davis, who is my grandmother. Her brother Ben and his wife Willy Lipscomb Davis and their children Mary Elizabeth Davis Hodges and Robert Davis were the last of the family to live at the old place on Waldron Rd. Charles Earl Hodges was their died at age 44 around 1990. He had Cystic Fibrosis. He and his parents were living in Smyrna at the time. Charles built a beautiful log home built from the logs at the old home place. It was built behind his parents home. If Mary Elizabeth, his mother is living she would be in her 90ties and in a nursing home.
