I want to thank you for getting back to me , the two being age 20-30 could be correct . In 1840 they had been married about 3 years and had a son Sterling V. Clark b. 22 Jan 1839 so he could be the male under 5 . Also according to when the census were taken , if it was after Aug. when my line , Mary Marinda Clark b. 11 Aug . 1840 she could be the female under 5 . It is the first information I have had when they were still living in Tn.. They had 10 children listed in Franklin Co. Illinois census at least first 4 born Tn . Thanks if you find anything more sure hope you keep me in mind .
