Hi Does anyone know if the archives at the Rutherford Co Court House have copies of the original Circuit Court records? I have seen the books with the abstracts of the 1811 Circuit Court Records - but are those abstracts based on larger, more inclusive records? Any information on this subject would be appreciated.
