I just had a thought on the cemeteries. What about if civic groups ( church, scouts, companies, etc.) could adopt them- kind of like they do the highways. I think they have to say that their group will do a certain number of clean ups a year for a couple year period and then a sign is erected saying their name on the highway. They could put up a sign by the cemetary or near the closest main highway to mark it and name the group. It certainly wouldn't cost as much in public funds then. Just a thought. Teri
