Greetings to All, I am new to this list. I am looking for several affiliated lines but primarily the family of BOYD. There are three BOYD's living adjacent to one another on the 1840 Rutherford County Census; Robert L. Robert William I believe Robert to be the father of William and my guess on Robert L. is that he is another son of Robert and subsequent brother of William. I believe this Robert BOYD to be the husband of Elizabeth GARDNER. They were married in 1806, I seen Knox and Wilson County cited for the place of this union. I also believe that this Robert died by 1844 leaving his widow Elizabeth. Any comment, suggestion, or knowledge of the above is greatly welcome. :) Thanks, B.Twerp
