We are way off the purpose of this list and for that I apologize, but if you want to keep taxes under control, you have to start by foregoing your own pet project. You cannot expect others to fund what you want unless you agree to their desires. And that is how we got to the point that the people in Washington and Nashville, etc. look upon us as an unending source of money for purposes such as investigating bovine flatulence, rewarding campaign contributors, vacations at taxpayer expense............
