Joyce--- About the 1878 D.G. Beers map...... The map is a copy of the original done in 1878 by the D.G. Beers Co of Philadelphia. The Rutherford Co. Historical Society had copies made and I bought one a couple of years ago from the Rutherford County Clerk's Office. Cost was $6.00--a BARGAIN! Tried to figure out a way to reproduce it in sections (withouth cutting up my map) and putting it on Mari's great website, but it's too hard for me!
