I have not yet found the map discussed previously: 1875 Rutherford Co, Tn property owners. However, I did find the correct name for it. It was the 1875 PLAT MAP OF PROPERTY OWNERS by Beers Publishing Company. These maps were done for all (?most) of the counties in the U. S. I did find that RootsWeb has several of these on line but mainly for counties in Ilinois and Ohio (see below). I'll keep looking.
