I am hoping to tie Daniel to the T Oliver Ferguson who signed an 1823 petition concerning the placement of the Rutherford/Bedford county line. I found a Mary Ferguson/Furguson on the 1820 census for Bedford co, TN and wonder if she could be Daniel's widow. Thanks for any help!!! His name was John Reed. In 1832 he 70. He fought on the NC line and got his pension from Bedford County.
