Hall Decd We the undersigned Freeholders of Rutherford County after being duly sworn have proceeded to set apart to Clementine HALL widow of J W HALL deceased so much of the crop and provisions on hand as will be sufficient in our opinions to support her and her family one uear from the death of her said husband_ We set apart to her for said purpose the following articles: 2 Barrels Salt. 125 lbs Coffee_ 300 lbs Sugar_ 65 Barrels corn_ 50 Bushels wheat --------- page 322 ---------- 10000 lbs Bacon 250 lbs Lard_ 20 lbs Soda_ 45 Gallons Molasses_ 25 lbs Rice_ 15 lbs Black pepper_ 25 lbs Cheese_ 5 lbs Spice_ 10 lbs Ginger_ 15 Bushels Irish Potatoes_ 1 Kit Fish_ We set apart what money that may be on hand supposed to be fifty five dollars and enough effects of the Estate to purchase all of the articles set aside that are not on hand. The effects that we set apart & we think sufficient in addition to what money is on hand is one Bale of Cotton & the rent of 1 dwelling house in the Town of Murfreesboro rented the present year to A.
