I'm trying to locate any Coosa families in Rutherford Co. I just found a marriage record for Nathan Petty and Rebecca Coosa for 1838, and wanted to know if there are other Coosa's in the county around that time which may help me locate her parents or siblings. In the 1850 Rutherford and 1860 Cannon co. censuses, she listed that she was born in NC (b.bet. 1821-1823)23*. Any help would be immensely appreciated!! R. Estes
